The Story

We successfully completed an investment transaction involving three real estate projects alongside a leading developer. Structured through two separate transactions with the same financial institution, this opportunity was made possible thanks to the trust of our partners and clients based in Qatar, who entrusted us with this strategic investment.
The projects are part of a large-scale mixed-use development in Doha, comprising a hotel, residential units, and retail spaces. Designed to international standards, the development aims to become a landmark destination integrating hospitality, living, and commercial activities. Construction is progressing as planned, with completion scheduled for the end of 2027.
The transaction was distinguished by its level of sophistication, bringing together multiple components within a cohesive and well-structured framework, enabling optimal capital allocation across the various stages of the projects’ development.
